Voyagers’ wine list spans 8 countries and includes over 130 selections carefully chosen for their quality. Our state of the art wine cabinet and display in the entrance to our Orange Beach restaurant has a capacity of over 700 bottles and is both temperature and humidity controlled for optimum wine storage conditions.
Our strong relationship with our suppliers as well as winemakers all over the world is apparent on our wine list. We offer extensive verticals and deep vintages including some of the great wines of the Old World and a wealth of New World wines as well.
Meet Executive Chef Brody Olive
Perdido Beach Resort is honored to have Chef Brody Olive as the Executive Chef to lead our culinary team encompassing all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel’s four restaurants and multiple banquet facilities. Chef Olive brings to the resort an impressive background of training and accomplishments. Executive Chef Brody continues to add to his awards and was recently named Restaurateur of the Year in Alabama.
Chef Olive is focused on only serving the highest quality Gulf seafood that is locally sourced. He is passionate about using fresh ingredients, prepared simply and beautifully so that the flavors of the food are allowed to shine.
